Does everything have to have a meaning?

Part of being human causes us to find meaning in what happens to us, but it can be easy to misinterpret things. Stubbing your big toe in the dark does not mean you are poor at walking; it simply means you stubbed your toe. Going through challenging experiences can cause you to give meaning to your worthiness or the value you have to share with the world. The key is finding a way to unravel or disentangle the meaning. As you disentangle you will become freer to see the value you have. A great tool for that is tapping.

So much pain around us

As a heart-centred coach practitioner, it can feel challenging to believe that you can create great things with all the pain and suffering in the world. In the recent news, there was a shooting at a school where numerous children and adults were gunned down. That can cause many emotions to come up, and you may feel that because they lost so much, how can you want to have more. Those emotions can be used to fuel you to help those willing to change and increase their value, or those strong emotions can stop you and limit you from moving forward. Now is the time to share what you have more than ever because so many need what you have! You have chosen the path you are on because you know what it is to overcome so much.

How can you challenge those emotions to add value to others? Please find a way that you can share your gifts and talents with others. Your interpretation of life is critical to share.
